CAST IRONS

• all materials are according to the Czech standards (ČSN) and/or foreign standards, or according to the customer’s requirements
• maximum outside diameter of raw casting: 750 mm
• minimum outside diameter of raw casting: 98 mm
• minimum bore diameter of raw casting: 65 mm
• maximum length of raw casting: up to 3 000 mm
• maximum mass of raw casting: up to 1 200 kg

STEELS

• low-, medium- and high-alloyed steels (C contents min 0.07 % and more) according to the Czech standards ČSN and/or foreign standards, or according to the customer’s requirements
• maximum outside diameter of raw casting: 740 mm
• minimum outside diameter of raw casting: 98 mm
• minimum bore diameter of raw casting: 65 mm
• maximum length of raw casting: up to 3 000 mm
• maximum mass of raw casting: up to 600 kg

NON-FERROUS METALS

• particularly bronzes of the type CuSn according to the customer’s requirements
• pasting of bronzes with additions of Pb or Al – subject to mutual consultation
• casting of cobalt alloys – subject to mutual consultation
• maximum mass of raw casting: up to 350 kg
